REFUND POLICY.

  • The product must be defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • You must notify us of the defect within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

2. Refund Terms

  • A full refund will be issued for defective products, minus shipping costs.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund:

  2. We may request photos or other documentation of the defect for verification.

  3. Return the defective product to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.

  • Products returned outside of the 30-day window.
